In Their Own Story

The sun hung low over the northern horizon, casting long shadows across Satorl Lake's glassy surface. Somewhere in the distance, a lone heron took flight, its cry echoing across the stillness. Reader's Guide

Satorl Lake is situated north of Wengal Village and serves as a gateway to Mt. Aleph. The lake itself is expansive, with a central island accessible only by boat or by using the Psynergy ability 'Teleport' in later games. The primary puzzle involves navigating the waterways to reach the shrine on the island, where players can often find hidden items or Djinn. In the first game, the lake is relatively simple, but in The Lost Age, the area becomes more complex with new paths and obstacles introduced by the shifting landscape. Travelers should be cautious of the strong currents near the northern edge, which can push boats off course. Additionally, the shrine on the island may require specific Djinn or items to unlock its secrets.
